WiseFins is organized into five main sections, accessible from the top navigation bar.
Overview
Your predictive dashboard, combining reservation and POS data to show you what's coming, expected covers and revenue, booking pace vs. last year, booking channels, no-show and cancellation rates, and peak time slots.
Financial
Your historical data analytics dashboard. Covers revenue (including average check), cost of sales, covers, payment methods, events, and even weather correlation, broken down by day, hour, meal period, and more.
Environmental
Tracks your carbon footprint, water footprint, land use, and energy consumption, both at the property level and down to the individual menu item.
Menu Engineering
Scores each menu item on financial performance (profitability, popularity) and environmental performance (CO2, water, land use, energy), so you can quickly see what's excelling and what might need attention (Excellent, Satisfactory, Unsatisfactory, Replace).
Recipes
A detailed breakdown of every dish: ingredients, cost, selling price, margin, and full environmental footprint per ingredient.
