How Do I View Data Across Multiple Properties? (HQ Leaderboard)

If your role covers more than one property, for example, a regional office overseeing several hotels, you can view and compare performance across properties using the HQ Leaderboard.

How to access it
Go to the Financial dashboard. In the Property filter, select HQ Leaderboard instead of an individual property.

What it shows
The HQ Leaderboard benchmarks properties and revenue centers against each other and against a corporate average, across categories like:

• Revenue (Daily F&B RevPAR, Daily Revenue/m²)
• Volume (average covers, seat utilization)
• Guest Spend (average check, RevPAS)

Each metric includes a Scoring column, so you can quickly identify top and bottom performers across your portfolio.
