Your onboarding follows a structured path from agreement through to your first performance reviews. Here's what to expect at each stage, and what to read before each one.
Phase 1: Enrollment & Agreement
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll receive your agreement along with integration documentation for your POS and purchasing systems.
→ Read before this stage: "What Happens During Implementation? (Onboarding Process)"
Phase 2: Technical Integration
Our team connects your POS and purchasing systems remotely. Behind the scenes, we monitor incoming data closely to confirm it's accurate and populating your dashboards correctly before your account is fully activated. You don't need to do anything technical yourself during this stage, our team and your IT contact handle it together.
→ Read before this stage: "What Systems Does WiseFins Integrate With?"
Phase 3: Rollout
Once your integration is confirmed, full user access is granted and you're ready to log in.
→ Read before this stage:
- "How Do I Set Up My Account and Log In for the First Time?"
- "What Does Each Section of WiseFins Do? (Platform Overview)"
- "How Do I Use the Basic Filters?"
Phase 4: Ongoing KPI Business Reviews
We recommend at least 2 months of gathered data before starting structured performance reviews, this gives your KPIs enough history to be meaningful rather than reacting to a handful of early days. From there, reviews typically build in three stages:
-
Review 1 — Filters, Overview Dashboard, AI Bot Support
→ "How Do I Use the Basic Filters?", "How Do I Use the Advanced (Detailed) Filters?", "How Do I Read My Overview Dashboard?" -
Review 2 — Filters, Financial Dashboard
→ "How Do I Read My Financial Dashboard?" -
Review 3 — Financial Dashboard (full suite), Menu Engineering, Environmental Data
→ "How Do I Read My Financial Dashboard?", "How Do I Use the Menu Engineering Feature Effectively?", "How Do I Read My Environmental Dashboard?"
